goda masala or kala masala or brahmni masala in white bowl


goda masala or brahmni kala masala

This masala generally used by brahmin people in maharashtra for their cuisines, So it is also Called by brahmni masala.

goda masala uses into maharashtrian dishes like goda masala amti ,masala rice ,bharli baingan and all types of sprouted beans(usal)

Ingredients:-

1) Coriander Seed - 30 gm 

2) peppercorn (kali mirch) -10 gm 

3) Cinnamon (dalachini) - 10 gm

4) Cloves - 10 gm

5) Black cumin (shahi jeera) -10 gm

6) cumin seed (jeera) - 10 gm

7) Mace (javitri) - 10 gm

8) f.bastard or false mace(mayapatri) - 10 gm 

9) black Sesame seeds (kali til) - 10 gm

10) Sesame seeds - 100 gm

11) Dried Coconut - 125 gm 

12) Turmeric - 2 tspn.

13) Oil - 3/4 tbsp.

Instructions :-

1) first off, at the low flame in a pan, dried coconut and sesame roast untill it develop into dark browinsh.
2) Then add a tbsp. Salt And grind both ingredient ,keep it beside

3) Now roast our remained ingredients as above instructed

4) Mix All, and store into tight container
