1) Chicken - 10 kg
2) Rice - 10 kg
3) Oil - 2.5 kg
4) Onion - 2 kg
5) Ginger - 500 gm
6) Garlic - 500 gm
7) Green Chilli - 250 gm
8) Mint leaves - 200 gm
9) Coriander leaves - 200 gm
10) Curd - 2 kg
11) Salt - 1 kg
Garam Masala/Spices For 10 kg chicken biryani
1) Cloves - 15 gm
2) Cinnamon (dalachini)- 20 gm
3) Black Cumin (shahi-jeera) - 25 gm
4) Green Cardamom - 20 gm
5) Mace (javitri) - 10 gm
6) Peppercorn (kalimirch) - 20 gm
7) Coriander Powder - 50 gm
8) Red Chilli Powder - 50 gm
9) Orange food Color - 50 gm
10 kg chicken biryani how many can eat ?
70 to 80 People (including womens and Children s) can eat.if you add 2 kg rice + 2 kg chicken to this recipe then over 100 people can eat.
