Goanese Mutton Masala
Ingredients:-
*10 gm- Kashmiri Red Chilli (whole)
*5 - Garlic Cloves
*3 inch -Ginger
*15 To 20 -Peppercorns
*10 To 15 -Cloves
*5 gm- Cinnamon Approximately
*5 To 7 - Black Cardamom
*1/2 tsp.-Cumin Seed
*5 To 7- Green Chillies
*2 To 3- Tamarind Pieces
*1 Tbsp.-Vinegar
*1 tsp.- Salt
Instructions:-
*All The Given Ingredients Grind To Make A Fine Paste And It's Ready To Use In any Mutton Dishes
*If You Want To Use it Later,you can Store It Into the Refrigerator
*Before Keeping into the Refrigerator Add Some salt, vinegar and a pinch of Sodium Benzoate
*Masala Lasts Upto 13 Days If placed into the Air Tight Container
*People Who Likes More Spicy add some red chilli powder when you will go to prepare the dish
